Rulemaking activity
If a prospective bidder's certification of surety is rescinded or if the bonding amount stated in the certification is reduced, the prospective bidder shall notify the department of the recission or the reduction. The prospective bidder shall provide the department with written notice within five days after the prospective bidder receives notice of the recission or reduction in coverage.
