Rulemaking activity
for debarment -- Contract crime. The commission may debar a business if the business or a principal or former principal of the business is convicted in any jurisdiction of a contract crime or if a conviction is imputed to the business as set forth in §§ 70:07:04:07 and 70:07:04:08.
