A well driller, based upon the qualifications and experience of the license representative, may be licensed to drill one or more of the following types of water use wells: (1) To depths no deeper than the greenhorn formation: (a) Private domestic use for 18 gallons per minute or less; (b) Private domestic use for more than 18 gallons per minute; (c) Irrigation use; (d) Municipal, rural water system, and other common distribution system use; (e) Commercial use; (f) Industrial use; (g) Geothermal use; (h) Special use for monitoring or sampling; (2) To depths deeper than the greenhorn formation: (a) Private domestic use for 18 gallons per minute or less; (b) Private domestic use for more than 18 gallons per minute; (c) Irrigation use; (d) Municipal, rural water system, and other common distribution system use; (e) Commercial use; (f) Industrial use; (g) Geothermal use; (h) Special use for monitoring or sampling.
