74:02:01:42.07License renewals

A well driller licensed as of March 31, 1983, who renews the license yearly by January 31 of the license renewal year is not required to comply with §§ 74:02:01:42.05 and 74:02:01:42.06. However, the well driller's equipment must be capable of drilling and constructing the types of wells listed in the application.
