renewal of license. An application to renew a well pump installer license must be postmarked before February 1 of the license renewal year. Applications for a license renewal postmarked after January 31 of the license renewal year shall be rejected and the applicant shall be required to comply with the requirements for new applications in § 74:02:01:43.06.
