education requirements. Well driller license representatives and water well pump installer license representatives must successfully complete four hours of continuing education activities annually. Continuing education hours shall be earned between January 1 and December 31 of each year beginning January 1, 2003. Continuing education hours in excess of four hours per year may be carried over to the next calendar year.
