high or low water mark -- Contents. Persons, as specified in SDCL 43-17-28, submitting a request to determine an ordinary high or low water mark shall provide the following information: (1) The authority by which the request is presented; (2) The name of the person, agency, or group submitting the request; (3) The name and location of the lake; (4) The requested action and reasons for the action; and (5) The signature of the person or the authorization of the group or agency making the request.
