notification of drinking water violation -- Violation categories and other situations. Other violations and situations determined by the department to require a public notice not already listed in 40 C.F.R. § 141 Subpart Q, Appendix A, (July 1, 2018) for purposes of this chapter, are defined as circumstances that may present a potential danger to drinking water system consumers. Such circumstances include the following: (1) Source contamination; (2) Spills; (3) Accidents; (4) Natural disasters; (5) Conditions found during an inspection of the system; or (6) Breakdowns in water treatment.
