notification of drinking water violation -- Reports and recordkeeping by department. The department shall maintain records of public notices and certifications received from water systems and any department determinations of alternative public notification requirements for a water system as specified in 40 C.F.R. § 142.14 (July 1, 2018). The department shall provide reports in accordance with the requirements specified in 40 C. F. R. § 142.15 (July 1, 2018).
