confidence reports -- Recordkeeping by department. The department shall maintain a copy of the reports obtained under 40 C.F.R. § 141.155(c) (July 1, 2018) for a period of one year and a copy of the certifications obtained under subdivision 40 C.F.R. § 141.155(c) (July 1, 2018) for a period of five years.
