pressure testing equipment. Christmas tree fittings or wellhead connections with a working pressure at least equivalent to the calculated or known pressure to which the equipment will be subjected must be installed and maintained on all operating oil, gas, and Class II injection wells. Valves and gauges must be installed and maintained in good working order to permit pressure readings to be obtained on both casing and tubing. The secretary may at any time require a demonstration proving the effectiveness of the equipment.
