In computing any time period prescribed by this article, the day of the act from which the designated period of time begins to run may not be included. The last day of the period is included unless it is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, in which case the period runs until the end of the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday.
