74:29:01:19Report required

following issuance of uncontested permit. In accordance with SDCL 1-40-29, following the issuance of any uncontested permit under this chapter, the secretary shall give the board a report containing the following information: (1) The notice of decision pursuant to § 74:29:01:18; (2) The name, address, and telephone number of the operator; (3) The legal description of the affected land; (4) The mineral or minerals to be extracted; (5) A narrative description of the permit or the summary document prepared pursuant to § 74:29:01:10; (6) The proposed duration of the operation; (7) The affected land acreage; (8) The surface mining disturbed land acreage; and (9) The postmining land use of the area.
