to agencies of permit amendment application. Within 10 days after the filing of a permit amendment application, the department shall send copies of the application to the departments of education and cultural affairs, game, fish and parks, and health. If copies of the amendment application have already been provided to these agencies pursuant to subdivision 74:29:03:05(2), the department shall notify the agencies that the amendment application has been filed and that they have 30 days to respond. Responses to completeness deficiencies submitted to the department by the applicant shall be provided to the agencies with this notification, unless already provided.
