solution -- Written report. Following each land application cycle, a written report must be submitted to the department. This report must include the following: (1) The total amount of solution applied; (2) The total hydraulic loading rate per acre; (3) The total metals loading rate per acre; (4) The duration of the application cycle; (5) All sampling data; and (6) A general discussion of the success of the system.
