for all reclamation types. All mining operations must comply with the general requirements in §§ 74:29:07:02 to 74:29:07:17, inclusive, and with the following requirements: (1) Reclamation must rehabilitate the affected land to a condition that meets the selected postmining land use; (2) All reclamation activities are subject to the concurrent, interim, and final reclamation requirements of chapter 74:29:08; and (3) All reclamation required by the approved reclamation plan must be completed prior to final and full bond release.
