of visible contamination. All visibly contaminated soil must be removed from the excavation area, stored in accordance with chapter 74:56:05, and disposed of as directed by the department. The responsible person shall submit documentation concerning the extent of the removal and final disposition of the contaminant to the department in accordance with the time schedule established by the department for the release.
