Rulemaking activity
For the purposes of this chapter, the definitions for new source review are those in 40 C.F.R. § 51.165(a)(1) (July 1, 2024). For purposes of this chapter, "act" means the Clean Air Act. For purposes of this section, "reviewing authority" means the secretary.
