Rulemaking activity
The provisions of § 74:36:12:01 do not apply in the following circumstances: (1) If the presence of uncombined water is the only reason for failure to meet the requirements of § 74:36:12:01; (2) If smoke is emitted for the purpose of training or research and is approved by the department; or (3) For brief periods during soot blowing, start-up, shut-down, and malfunctions.
