sweeping recordkeeping. Operators of street sanding and sweeping equipment working in the Rapid City zone shall maintain records to document the street sanding and sweeping operations. These records shall be maintained for at least two years. These records shall contain the following documentation: (1) Street sanding: (a) Date; (b) Sanding route and area; (c) Street conditions; (d) Type and amount of sanding material used; and (e) Miles driven; (2) Street sweeping: (a) Date; (b) Area cleaned; and (c) Type of vehicle used.
