A party wishing to obtain a transcript of a contested case hearing must make arrangements with a court reporter prior to the hearing. The department or the board may, on their own motion, have a transcript of a contested case proceeding prepared; however, parties must obtain copies of the transcript from the court reporter at their own expense.
