radionuclides. For radionuclides associated with suspended materials in the water, the average concentration limits are 1/150 of the corresponding maximum permissible concentration in water (insoluble form) for continuous occupational exposure for a 168-hour week as contained in pages 24 to 91, inclusive, of Handbook 69. Instream sedimentation of those materials may not produce solids beds and result in noncompliance, because of leaching, with the provisions of §§ 74:51:01:14 through 74:51:01:16.
