to concentrated aquatic animal production facilities. The following definitions are applicable to concentrated aquatic animal production facilities: (1) "Cold water aquatic animals," cold water fish or other animals that thrive in cold water including the Salmonidae family of fish; for example, trout and salmon; (2) "Concentrated aquatic animal production facility," a hatchery, fish farm, or other facility which meets the criteria of § 74:52:02:35 or which the secretary designates under § 74:52:02:32; and (3) "Warm water aquatic animals," warm water fish or other animals that thrive in warm water including the Ameiuride, Centrachidae, and Cyprinidae families of fish; for example, catfish, sunfish, and minnows, respectively.
