regulations. The South Dakota pretreatment regulations are those in 40 C.F.R. Part 403 (July 1, 2016) with the following substitutions: (1) Substitute "SDCL 34A-2-94" for all federal regulation references to "40 C.F.R. 2.302" in 40 C.F.R. § 403.14.
