wastewater systems. Drainage and runoff from footings, roofs, and groundwater sump pumps shall not be allowed to enter an on-site wastewater system. Absorption systems shall be located and designed so that surface runoff from drainage ways will not flow into or over the system. Absorption systems may not be located in floodplains without prior written approval of the secretary.
