74:55:01:23Criteria for underground source of drinking

water. An underground source of drinking water shall be protected from underground injection. No owner or operator may cause or allow any movement of injected fluid into an underground source of drinking water. An aquifer or part of an aquifer is an underground source of drinking water if it meets any one of the criteria in subdivision 74:55:01:01(57).
