availability of records. All UST system owners or operators shall cooperate fully with inspections, monitoring, and testing conducted by the department, as well as with requests for document submission, testing, and monitoring by the owner or operator pursuant to § 9005 of Subtitle I of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) as amended 1984. All records required in this chapter shall be maintained on site and immediately available for inspection or shall be made available for inspection to the department at a site within this state within 24 hours.
