availability of records and performance inspections. The requirements for the maintenance and availability of records and performance inspections are as follows: (1) All owners or operators of AST systems shall cooperate fully with inspections, monitoring, and testing conducted by the department; (2) All records required in this chapter shall be maintained: (a) On-site and immediately available for inspection; or (b) Made available to the department at a site within the state boundaries within 24 hours.
