At least seventy-five percent of a winery's annual production shall be fermented at the winery. The quantity of bulk wine in any wine manufacturer's annual production shall imported from any other location, whether within or outside of this state may not exceed fifty twenty-five percent of that winery's annual production. The bulk wine must be blended and not8 bottled. Bulk wine as used in this section means fermented juice from grapes and other fruit9 bases or honey.
