A licensed microbrewery may operate up to five additional locations in this state4 by obtaining additional licenses of the same class pursuant to this chapter. The quantity of5 alcoholic beverages produced under the original license and any additional licenses combined6 may not exceed the total production limits for the license as specified in § 35-15-1 subdivision 35-15-1(2).
