The South Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners, consists of seven members, two of whom shall be lay members, three four of whom shall be certified social workers6 licensed under the provisions of this chapter to engage in private independent practice, two and one of whom shall be a social worker professionals professional licensed under the provisions8 of this chapter each with a minimum of two years practice in the State of South Dakota who has practiced in the state for at least two years.
