Section 12-6-3 — AMENDED
No person person's name may be appear on the primary election ballot as a candidate5 for nomination or election to more than one public office except for the office of President of6 the United States or vice president of the United States. However, a A candidate for any such7 office is not prohibited from being elected to any seeking nomination to one or more party8 offices as may be provided in chapter 12-5.
