Section 35-12-20 — AMENDED
A licensed farm winery may operate additional locations in this state by obtaining4 additional licenses of the same class pursuant to in accordance with this chapter. The combined total quantity of alcoholic beverages wine produced under the original license and any additional licenses combined all licenses obtained by the farm winery under this section may not exceed7 the total production limits for the license as specified in quantity provided under § 35-12-13. Any additional license issued pursuant to obtained under this section has carries the privileges9 of the original license of the farm winery, as specified in §§ 35-12-18 and 35-12-19, regardless of the location of wine manufacture.
