The South Dakota Board of Regents is authorized to hire contractors to redesign, renovate, and expand the Devereaux Library at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. The bill also appropriates state funding to pay for this construction project. This gives the Board of Regents the legal permission and money needed to move forward with improving the library facility.
This bill does not directly amend codified state law.
