Section 26-10-31 — AMENDED
Methamphetamine--Use, distribution, or manufacture in presence of child--Violation as felony or misdemeanor. It is a Class 4 felony for any person to knowingly cause a child under the age of fourteen years to be present where any person is using, distributing, or manufacturing methamphetamine. It is a Class 1 misdemeanor for any person to knowingly cause a child age fourteen years or older to be present where any person is using, distributing, or manufacturing methamphetamines methamphetamine. 11
