Establishment of support obligation--Second job income not considered. If a parent has annual primary employment earnings that equal or exceed the current state minimum hourly wage multiplied by one thousand eight hundred twenty hours, there is a rebuttable presumption , that a parent's second job income is may not to be considered in establishing a support obligation. 9
