Section 4-7-52 — AMENDED
Submission of zero-based budget. The Joint Committee on Appropriations may request any department or budget unit shall annually request between one and three departments or budget units to submit a zero based zero-based budget scenario pursuant to guidelines and procedures established jointly by the Bureau of Finance and Management and the Legislative Research Council. 10
