Section 4-4-4.6 — AMENDED
. 4-4-4.6. Transfer of excess funds at end of fiscal year. At the end of the fiscal year the treasurer shall transfer any cash balance in excess of forty one hundred thousand dollars from the boiler inspection fund to the general fund. 12
