SB 156 gives the Board of Regents permission to hire a contractor to build a new Mineral Industry Building at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and tear down the old one. The bill also appropriates state money to pay for this construction and demolition project and declares it an emergency so the work can proceed quickly.
This bill does not directly amend codified state law.
