Section 1-40-20.1 — AMENDED
. 1-40-20.1. Water Management Board--Transfer of certain functions to Board of Water and Natural Resources. The functions of the Water Management Board pursuant to §§ 34A-2-86 and 34A- 2-87, relating to water pollution control grants, community water systems grants, and lake protection grants, respectively, are transferred to the Board of Water and Natural Resources.
