Section 1-7-1.2 — AMENDED
The Governor or his designee shall conduct an annual meeting withrepresentatives : (1) Representatives of the United States Forest Service, to discuss forest service land management programs that affect agricultural productivity on leased forest service land; and (2) South Dakota's congressional delegation and members of the Legislature, to discuss federal and state issues and programs that affect the residents of this state. The meeting required by subdivision (2) of this section must occur upon the conclusion of the governor's State of the State address and may occur electronically. 12
