NEW SECTION added to Chapter 13-1
On or before September 1, 2026, the board of a school district shall ensure that each book made available physically through the district or electronically through the district portal is identified with a minimum age-appropriate or grade-appropriate rating, if the board determines that the book contains content referenced in section 1 of this Act. 24
