SB 18 expands the Secretary of State's ability to share voter registration information from the statewide voter file with other parties, while removing several restrictions that previously limited such sharing. The bill repeals four existing statutes that controlled voter data access and modifies two others to establish new rules for how and when this information can be disclosed.
This bill does not directly amend codified state law.
