NEW SECTION added to Chapter 16-22
Notwithstanding chapter 34-20G, an individual who is serving a probationary sentence under the supervision of the Unified Judicial System or who is on conditional release or parole from a state correctional facility under the legal custody of the Department of Corrections may be restricted to only engage in the medical use of cannabis that is approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration. 9
