South Dakota video lottery machines will allow players to bet up to four dollars per game instead of the current two dollar limit. The maximum free games or credits that can be awarded per bet will also increase from one thousand dollars to two thousand dollars. These changes make it possible for players to wager and potentially win larger amounts when playing video lottery machines.
This bill does not directly amend codified state law.
