Section 12-4-54 — AMENDED
By March first of each year, the secretary of state shall submit a report to the State Board of Elections providing the number of voters removed from the a county's voter registration list from the previous year due to inactivity, death, felony conviction, mental incompetence, or relocation to another jurisdiction. The State Board of Elections shall promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, designating the form and content of the report. The content of each the report must be made available for public inspection published on the official website of the secretary of state. 12
