Section 21-3-10 — AMENDED
TheA consulting arborist shall use the most recent edition of the Guide for Plant Appraisal, Ninth Edition, as authored by the Council of Tree and Landscape Appraisers (CTLA) and published by the International Society of Arboriculture as of January 1, 2007, shall be used (ISA), as a guide to measure the actual damages for the wrongful injury to damage to or the appraised value of trees or plants. 9
