NEW SECTION added to Chapter 32-2
Every individual who receives final consideration to be an agent, patrolman, or employee of the Division of Highway Patrol, if the individual is responsible for performing duties as set forth in § 32-2-9, must complete a mental health assessment conducted by a qualified mental health professional, as defined by § 27A-1-3. 8
