Section 32-5-167 — AMENDED
Any owner of a motor vehicle may apply for an emblem specialty plate if the owner meets the requirements of §§ 32-5-168 to 32-5-178. The available emblem specialty plates are as follows: (1) Organization; (2) First responder; or (3) Organ donor; and (4) Share the road bicyclist safety. 10
