NEW SECTION added to Chapter 36-10
B: The board shall implement procedures for the completion of a state and federal fingerprint-based criminal background check for a dietitian seeking to participate in the dietitian licensure compact adopted by section 2 of this Act. The dietitian must pay any fee for the cost of fingerprinting and conducting the background check.
